PHI Unevrsity Clinic for Traumatology, Orthopaedic Diseases, Anaesthesia, Reanimation, Intensive Care and Emergency Centre in Skopje was founded with Decree No. 51-4511/1 from 31.07.2010 reached by the Government of the Republic of Macedonia and published in the Official Gazette of RM No. 105/2010.
The foundation of PHI Unevrsity Clinic for Traumatology, Orthopaedic Diseases, Anaesthesia, Reanimation, Intensive Care and Emergency Centre – Skopje is recoreded in the Central Registry of RM with Decree No. 30120100036289 from 18.08.2010 by which the University Clinic acquired full legal subjectivity.
Assitant Dr. Ilir Hasani, Acting Director, named by the the decision of the Ministry of Health performs the operational function.
PHI Unevrsity Clinic for Traumatology, Orthopaedic Diseases, Anaesthesia, Reanimation, Intensive Care and Emergency Centre – Skopje is organized in four basic organizational units and two departments.
– Department for administrative, HR, legal and general tehnical operation and
– Department for economic and accounting operation

Within the abovementioned units, there are sections as internal functional units which are based and organized in order to perform the activity of the University Clinic.
PHI Unevrsity Clinic for Traumatology, Orthopaedic Diseases, Anaesthesia, Reanimation, Intensive Care and Emergency Centre – Skopje has had 463 employees by 31.12.2017.
The University Clinic offers the following spatial capacities to perform the healthcare activity.

– Clinic for Traumatology – area of 1401 m2 with two operating rooms, hospital bed capacity: 37 and 5 beds in the spinal centre.
– Clinic for Ortopaedic Diseases – area of 6164 m2 with four operating rooms, hospital bed capacity: 73
– Clinic for Anaesthesia, Reanimation and Intensive Care – area of 1175 m2, hospital bed capacity: 24
– Clinic for Emergency Centre: area of 592 m2 and hospital bed capacity: 6
